www.dudaradjen.com is not responsible for the illicit use, negligent, fraudulent use of the web. In case of detecting illegal activities or if General Conditions have been violated, we reserve the right to block the user’s access without notice.

Conditions applicable to the purchase of an item, are those in force on the day on which the order was made.
2- PURCHASE PROCEDURES
To make a purchase in www.dudaradjen.com you must be of legal age and have legal capacity.
To place an order you must select the items that interest you, on the tab of each product you must click on the “add to cart”, at this point you will have two tabs; “Continue buying” or “Checkout”.
3- PRICES OF ARTICLES
The prices displayed on the website do not include any local taxes, so additional charge will appear during the shipping process.
www.dudaradjen.com is not responsible for errors that may occur in the prices of items. If this happens we will inform giving you the option to cancel the order or confirm it for the right price.
4- PAYMENT POLICY
You can choose different payment methods on www.dudaradjen.com , all they offer security guarantees;
Credit card payments: (debit or credit) through online payment with virtual TPV of Banco Sabadell. (Secure payment IUPAY)
Payment by Paypal: Through your paypal account. Created in www.paypal.com
Payment by bank transfer: Through our account number provided on the web at the purchase.
Promotional Codes: Promotional Codes provided by www.dudaradjen.com can be used to pay for your purchase through the web. Each code will incorporate the conditions of each promotion.
www.dudaradjen.com delivers all over the world. All our orders are shipped via courier companies we work with.
We will contact the customer to inform about this increment. If you disagree with the shipping cost, we offer the option to cancel the order without any charge.
Delivery: The estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. On Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, no deliveries or preparation of orders are placed, so any request that comes from Friday from 04.00 PM will be sent on Monday next week or next business day.
Shipments are made to the address provided by the user, not shipping to PO boxes are made.
If at the time of delivery, the client is not at the address provided, the courier company will contact the customer to arrange the day and time of delivery. In these cases www.dudaradjen.com is not responsible for the delay or inability to deliver the order. In any case, the courier company will try to deliver the order up to 3 times, after which time the order will be returned to www.dudaradjen.com and the customer will have to pay transportation costs again, if you want a new shipment.
The customer agrees to allow the delivery, providing an address in which the order can be delivered within the usual delivery schedule (9:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
6- ORIGINAL ARTWORK RETURN POLICY
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 0034650903399 between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM GTM Monday through Friday or email email@example.com to give us your order information.
Step 2 – Save original packaging!
Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4 – Our support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.
www.dudaradjen.com is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors.
That’s why once you’ve receive an original artwork, we’ll give you 7 days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. You may return any artwork, provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.
From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from www.dudaradjen.com and you are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 0034650903399 between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM GTM Monday through Friday or email email@example.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Every artwork was accurately photographed and described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and when the collector is returning it as a result of buyer’s remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist. Please ask for our Packaging Guidelines on how to safely package artwork for shipment.
Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method. Be certain to select “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP) when creating your shipping label. You are required to pay all fees including custom costs when returning artwork back to the artist. If DDP is not selected, the amount owed will be taken from your returned funds.
Step 4 – Email all shipping details including tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.
Note that all buyers have the right to cancel their order any time before shipment, and are able to return art 7 days after the delivery date if unsatisfied with the work.
In light of our 7-day return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you’re absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please immediately and provide your order details.
